The school dashboard (admin.html) requires a super_admin account. There's deliberately no self-service signup for this level of access — sign up for a normal account first (choose "I'm a Parent" on the main app), then ask whoever operates your BrainLevelz deployment to upgrade that account to super_admin. This is a one-off, manual, and — on purpose — slightly deliberately-inconvenient step, not an accident.
Once upgraded, go to admin.html (the same domain as the main app, e.g. yourschool.example/admin.html) and sign in with the same email and password as your regular account.
Tap "+ New school" and give it a name (e.g. your school's name).
You'll get a join code — an 8-character code, shown on the school's detail page.
Share that code with parents. A parent enters it either when they first sign up, or later from their own Dashboard's "Join a school" box.
Once parents join, tap into the school to see every parent under it — their email, display name, and each of their children (name, username, current XP).
If a code has been shared more widely than you'd like, open the school's detail page and tap "Regenerate join code." The old code stops working immediately — parents who haven't joined yet will need the new one; parents already linked are unaffected.
See the privacy notice for what's collected and why. As a super_admin, you're able to see identifying information (parent emails, children's names) across every family in your school — treat that access the same way you'd treat any other system holding pupil data at your school, per your institution's own data protection policy.
